Thank you for choosing Guiding Sol Doula Services. Most of our products we create are custom and made-to-order, crafted with care to meet your needs. Because of this, all sales are final. Please review the following terms carefully.
 
1. No Refund / No Return Policy
All items and services purchased from Guiding Sol Doula Services are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes physical products, digital goods, and services. Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our work, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
2. Order Accuracy
Please review your order details carefully before submitting. Guiding Sol Doula Services is not responsible for errors in personalization or details provided by the customer.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.  We may request photographs or documentation. In such cases, we will work with you to provide a replacement or exchange at our discretion.
4. Extenuating Circumstances
In rare instances where an error occurs on our end (e.g., incorrect product, major production issue), we will review the situation and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.

6. Updates to Terms
